1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Block Lottos website and smart contracts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction) to use Block Lottos. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Block Lottos does not operate in jurisdictions where online lotteries are prohibited.
3. How the Lottery Works
Block Lottos is a blockchain-based lottery on the Polygon network. Each ticket costs 10 POL. Players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49. Draws occur weekly. Winning numbers are generated and submitted on-chain. Match all 6 numbers to win the jackpot. If nobody matches, the jackpot rolls over indefinitely until someone wins.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the Polygon blockchain, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or cancelled. You are responsible for verifying your numbers before confirming the transaction.
5. Prizes
Prizes are paid in POL directly from the smart contract. Winners must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes are recycled into the jackpot. If multiple players match all 6 numbers, the jackpot is split equally among winners.
6. Smart Contract Risk
Block Lottos operates through smart contracts on the Polygon blockchain. While we strive to ensure the contracts are secure, blockchain technology carries inherent risks including but not limited to: smart contract bugs, network congestion, gas price fluctuations, and potential vulnerabilities. You participate at your own risk.
7. No Guarantees
Block Lottos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or performance of the website or smart contracts. We are not responsible for losses due to network issues, wallet errors, or user mistakes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Lottos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Block Lottos after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Advertising
Block Lottos offers paid advertising placements on the website. By submitting an advertisement, you agree to the following:
Prohibited Content: Advertisements must not contain:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Violence, threats, or graphic imagery
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims
- Phishing links, malware, or scam websites
- Content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or international regulations
Review & Removal: All advertisements are subject to manual review before going live. Block Lottos reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at any time, without refund, if it violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Destination Links: All advertisement destination URLs must lead to legitimate, functional websites. Links to phishing pages, malware downloads, or deceptive landing pages will result in immediate ad removal and account suspension.
Payments: Advertising fees are paid in USDC and are non-refundable once the advertisement has been approved and activated. Submission fees are non-refundable regardless of approval outcome.
