Block Lottos is a blockchain lottery platform that hosts provably fair lotteries powered by smart contracts. Our first lottery is the Magic Fortune Ledger, running on the Polygon network. You pick 6 numbers, pay 10 POL per ticket, and if your numbers match the weekly draw, you win the entire jackpot. It's transparent, fair, and fully on-chain.
1. Connect your MetaMask wallet on the Polygon network.
2. Go to the Play page.
3. Pick 6 numbers between 1 and 49 (or use Quick Pick).
4. Click "Buy Ticket" and confirm the 10 POL transaction.
5. Wait for the weekly draw on Saturday at 03:00 UTC.
Each ticket costs 10 POL (plus a small gas fee for the Polygon transaction). You can buy as many tickets as you want for each draw.
Winning numbers are generated using a cryptographically secure random number generator and submitted on-chain by the contract owner every Saturday. All draw results are recorded permanently on the Polygon blockchain — every ticket, every winning number, and every prize payout is fully transparent and auditable by anyone.
The entire jackpot rolls over to the next week. It keeps growing indefinitely until someone matches all 6 numbers. There's no expiry — the jackpot will keep building week after week until it's won. The longer it rolls, the bigger the prize gets.
You don't need to do anything! If your numbers match the winning draw, your prize is automatically sent to your wallet by the smart contract. No claiming process, no waiting — the POL lands in your wallet as soon as the draw is completed.
You need a Web3 wallet that supports the Polygon network. We recommend MetaMask — it's free, available as a browser extension and mobile app, and works seamlessly with Fortune Ledger. Make sure you have POL in your wallet to buy tickets and cover gas fees.
The Magic Fortune Ledger runs on Polygon (MATIC). Polygon is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum — it has fast transactions, low gas fees, and strong security. If your wallet isn't on Polygon, Fortune Ledger will prompt you to switch automatically.
80% of every ticket goes directly into the jackpot pool.
20% goes to operations (hosting, development, maintenance).
This split is hardcoded into the smart contract and cannot be changed.
Yes. The entire lottery logic is in an open-source smart contract on Polygon. Every draw, every ticket, and every prize is recorded on-chain and can be independently verified by anyone. The smart contract is open source and auditable on the Polygon blockchain.
Yes! The Fortune Ledger smart contract is open and permissionless. Anyone — human or bot —
can call the buyTicket() function directly on-chain. An API for programmatic
access is coming soon.
